I’ve been an estate agent in the area for over 20 years, giving me a thorough understanding of marketing and selling property locally and experience of just about every situation imaginable! What drives me is building the best business we can, which means providing a first class service to all customers.

It’s my job to conduct most of the valuations, so I look forward to meeting you soon!

Working with my brother has been a dream come true for me, the team we have created here are like an extended family all trying to give our customers the best experience of the moving process we can. I am based at our Spixworth office and get involved in all aspects of customer service including running the aftersales team which means troubleshooting any problems before they arise and seeing the smiling faces of our clients as they pick up the keys to their new home!

Having worked as an estate agent, at management level, through three decades, before my career path changed, I bring a reassuring level of experience, of the local property market.

My role, at Property Ladder is rather varied. From putting up the for sale boards to meeting with property developers, I do the lot! So if you are selling with us, chances are, it’ll be me changing your board to “sold”, nice and soon!

For my sins I am a career estate agent having been in the industry for 30 years and at branch manager level for the past 25! I've worked for many firms both independent and corporate and love the freedom Property Ladder have given me to pursue excellent levels of customer service, whilst maintaining our great sales record.

For me the best part of the job is showing our customers that not all agents are the same and doing my utmost to give them the smoothest moving experience possible.

I started my career in property with a well known national estate agent and the training provided gave me great depth of industry knowledge. When I was looking to make my next step in the industry, I chose a company with a great sales record whilst prioritising customer service.

For me, the customer's journey is my main motivator. I like to see the people's happy faces when they collect the keys to their new home.

Outside of work I like to keep fit by boxing and love to travel with friends.

I love estate agency and before starting at Property Ladder, I worked in Norfolk for two well known agencies, one independent and one corporate. For me, as someone who strives to do the best I can for my customers, there was no comparison between which environment enabled me to do this most effectively.

When the opportunity arose to work with the team at Property Ladder, I jumped at the chance. As a family business the team's ethos matched my own and I am able to concentrate on achieving the best results for our customers, in a friendly and supportive environment.

I am proud to have studied for my propertymark Level 3 award for The Sale of Residential Property, earning me my membership of the National Association of Estate Agents.

You’ll find me in Property Ladder a couple of times per week. I have a keen eye for detail, so I provide support to our administration department. More importantly I keep this lot on their toes, ensuring there is no squabbling and that everyone behaves themselves!

I am a fully qualified fitness instructor & nutritionist and I teach Fitness Pilates at David Lloyd Clubs and Nuffield Health, as well as in the community.

I’ve been at Property Ladder since 2009. I look after the administration of the office whilst also dealing with buyers and sellers, face to face in the office. I have worked in property in both the U.K and Australia, so have a truly unique perspective of the property market.

My husband and I have moved many times and love improving the properties we buy to sell on. My favourite part of the job is seeing all types of properties from wrecks to do-up to stunning detached properties. By far the worst part of the job is the serious home envy!

I run my own mortgage advice business, Ardent Financial Planning and it is based at the Property Ladder offices.

I love what I do and I particularly love helping buyers and sellers complete their moves, with as little stress as possible.

Unlike many mortgage brokers, I do not charge advice fees, so clients of mine are often saving £300 or more before we even look at mortgages!

I have been working in the estate agency industry since 2012, starting off as a Sales Negotiator before moving to be a Mortgage Advisor with a large well known corporate firm. I believe this experience has given me the experience and knowledge required in all aspects of buying and selling to ensure I can give my clients the best advice and support during all stages.

I made the move from the solely profit minded corporate world to work with Ardent Financial Planning, based in the Property Ladder offices, due to their focus on really putting the clients and their experience first.

None of my clients can believe we don't charge advice fees and we have access to many exclusive mortgage and insurance deals.

I love meeting new clients and helping them achieve their ideal home purchases.
